Process
Applications must be filled out, signed, and sent to the FBCA Weekday Preschool Ministry office. An application fee of $90.00 is required for your child’s application to be processed.

Initial Registration for the 2026-27 school year will be open February 5-23, 2026. After February 23, 2026 children will be placed on a waitlist if the desired age group is full. To schedule a tour contact Karie Jordan (kjordan@fbcalexandria.org)
Wait List Policy
The 2026-27 school wait list will be maintained for each age group and the school will use the wait list to fill vacancies until the end of February 2027 . There is one wait list for each age group. You will be e-mailed when spaces become available. Please note that the wait lists are not carried into the next school year’s registration period.

Tuition & Fees
FBCA Weekday Preschool Ministry is a non-profit organization. Fees are used to defray operating expenses and vary depending on the age and number of days the child attends per week. A child’s placement in classes is based on the child’s age as of September 30th of the enrolling year.
There is a non-refundable application fee of $90.00 per child. This fee must be paid with the application.
The Activity Fee is paid once a year and is determined by the age of the child and the number of days the child is in school each week. The Activity Fee is non-refundable.
Tuition for the half day program is based on the age of the child and the number of days the child is in the program. This tuition is a yearly amount which is divided into equal payments. The tuition amount will be in effect for the duration of the school year. Tuition is paid in 10 payments. All payments are due on the 1st of the month. After the 10th of the month a late fee of $20.00 will be assessed. FBCA Weekday Preschool Ministry will refund tuition 30 days after the date a written notice of withdrawal is received or postmarked. Tuition refunds will be prorated.
Co-op options and scholarships are available to give parents the opportunity to lower yearly tuition costs.

Extended Care
Extended Care applications will be available once a child is placed in FBCA Weekday Preschool Ministry. Extended Care fees are based on an hourly rate of $15.00 and are paid monthly in advance.
Extended Care is offered to Preschool children from 9:00 am to 10:00 am; 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
